Q: What materials are your plaques created with?
A: Our customized plaques are created with Baltic Birch, cut and etched using a precision laser.

Q: Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
A: YES! If you receive your plaque and are not satisfied, simply let us know and we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. We think you'll find the quality of our plaques is outstanding, and look forward to you telling your friends and family!

Q: What are the dimensions of your plaques?
A: All plaques are 12" in circumference, and approx. 1" thick.

Q: Where are the plaques made?
A: The plaques are custom made in our Ridge Manor, Florida facility, by hand.

Q: Where will my plaque ship from?
A: All plaques will ship using priority mail from Ridge Manor, Florida. We take pride in getting our orders completed quickly, and shipped quickly.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: That depends on you. If you wish to have a customized plaque, the more changes you make...the longer it will take. Usually the order will ship in 4-5 days from payment.

Q: I just placed an order, and there is an error. What can I do to fix it?
A: Simply E-Mail us as quickly as possible, or call (352) 442-1482 - and one of our customer support representatives will be happy to help.

Q: Can you take my credit card information over the phone?
A: Yes, but we will not. With the amount of fraud out there right now we do not want to put ourselves and more importantly you in that situation. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card through Paypal by clicking the link near the left hand side of the checkout page.

Q: I have a question that isn't covered here. What can I do?
A: Please visit our 'contact us' page. We will respond as quickly as possible.
